Orders & Payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! COD is available on all orders across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives.
What payment methods do you accept? Cash on Delivery, and we’re always expanding — follow our socials for updates on new payment options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.
I placed an order — how do I know it was received? You’ll get a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp shortly after ordering. If you don’t hear from us within a few hours, please reach out.
Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Visit our Track Order page or message us directly.
Do you deliver outside major cities? Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged? Message us on WhatsApp immediately with a photo/video of the item and your order number — we’ll sort it out quickly.
